Fellows Auctioneers is offering rare Swiss made Rolex Explorer II replica watches, reference 1665 at its online auction this month that takes place on Thursday August 29.
The first UK best fake Rolex Explorer II watches, introduced in 1971 with reference 1655, was specifically designed for cave explorers who operated in environments of total darkness for extended periods.
Its most distinctive feature was the large orange 24-hour hand, intended to help wearers differentiate between day and night when no natural light was available.
However, the perfect 1:1 replica Rolex watches initially struggled commercially, as the niche target audience was too small, resulting in low sales.
Consequently, only a limited number of the wholesale copy Rolex ref. 1655 watches were produced.
As the original top Rolex Explorer II fake watches, it is now highly sought after by collectors, prized both for its rarity and its unique purpose-driven design.
